Bummers Wood Open For All !!!

Bummers wood has finnaly been opend to the public after a lenghthy campaign by the BWA (Bummers With Attitude). The BWA clocked over 1000 signatures in the North West area alone. The founder of the BWA Mr Neil Babbs has said that "this is a great day for bummers everywhere... this is just what joe public wants and has been waiting for, for a long time"

Local bobbie Sgt Neil Hilton commented that "its about time they opend that wood for people to bum whoever whenever they want... alot of police man-power has been put in before now to try and stop them but it was with no sucsess... them bummers are just too hard to catch once we deployed a 'stinger' to try and catch one bloke on a BMX but he just bunny hopped it and sped off round Car Mill Dam towards Clinkham wood. The BMX was then found abandond round the back of Joes mini-mart in Clink along with several bottles of white cider a bag of glue, 50 litres of thinners and a local alchoholic who told us his name was 'Rubber Nuts'... if you ask me let em be now i can get my boys back to propper police work like twatting smak heads and shagging women from the Caldo garage in Haresfinch."

The wood was opend to the public on Sunday the 29th June at 10am. The event kicked off with local celebrities Martin Harrison AKA 'The Bergy Bummer' and 'Purple-Akky' cutting the ribbon. Other celebrities that turned up where Blockbusters Bob Holness, the Krankies and Rod Hull's featherd friend Emu. Also there where guest apperiences from Westfeilds resident DJ Dave Worral and Chain Lane's local iddiot Paul Martlew.

The event went smoothly appart from Emu pecked Bob Holness ***** and he was a bit pissed off and a fight nearly broke out.

DIRECTIONS:
Park on Car Mill Dam's car park and walk down past the overflow.
Carry on walking past Lenny's farm and the boat house for about 200m
Go straight on at the turn off for Sandy Bay
Walk another 100m and turn right at the railway bridge
Walk a further 50m and bummers wood is on your right.
