St Helen Patron Saint of Supermarkets & Warehousing

In a sensational move by the Vatican, St Helen is to become the patron Saint of Supermarkets and Warehousing.
A spokesman from the Vatican announced, "As a result of the massive influx of supermarket minimum wage jobs and dodgy training schemes to the St Helens area, it was deemed appropriate to make St Helen the patron saint of these vital industries.
In hearing the fantastic news, Cllr Doodar of the Planning, Brown Envelopes and Bungs Committee expressed her delight to both Celebrity News and the Gravy Train Partnership Board. Said Cllr Doodar, " This is a wonderful day for the people of St Helens. The Council has always believed that by working in collusion with many agencies St Helens would win this wonderful patronage, especially after slipping Fr Whatnot at Holy Cross few bob.
